By accessing or using Haash Group’s (referred to as “Haash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website haashgroup.com (the “Site”) and ordering products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place orders.

2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under adult supervision. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
All products offered are made-on-demand and personalized. Variations in color, size, and print quality are natural and not considered defects. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons.
4. Order Process & Acceptance

We may change or discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to anyone.

You’re responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, and payment information. We cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses or shipping information.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices are as listed on the Site and may change without notice. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment systems. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees, as displayed before checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Due to the POD nature, please expect processing times of [X–Y business days], plus additional shipping time.

Delays may occur due to third-party providers or carriers; we are not liable for such delays.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees.

Title and risk transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because items are customized, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations except in the following cases—and only if reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos:

In such cases, we may offer replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property & Design Ownership

Product designs, logos, graphics, and brand elements are owned by Haash.

If you upload artwork or designs, you affirm you own the rights or have permission to use them.

You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your uploaded content.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any design that violates copyrights, trademarks, or is otherwise inappropriate.
9. Third-Party Fulfillment & Liability Disclaimer
Products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers. We are not responsible for their errors, shipping delays, or deficiencies. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected product(s).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haash and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, even if notified of the possibility. Our total liability is capped at the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Site to upload or obtain unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that breaches these terms.

Our Privacy Policy, available here governs the collection and use of your personal data.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand unless arbitration is agreed upon separately.

We may update these T&C at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
