Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments or final sale items) may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly marked at checkout.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, simply fill out the contact form with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

In the case of an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement to you at no additional charge once we receive and inspect the original item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
